¶1None present on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition even in the revised call.

¶2Shri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents are present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 5.7.2022, registered at Case Crime No.305 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 354, 342 IPC & 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra.

¶4Vide order dated 17.8.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre. As per mediation report dated 3.2.2023, mediation has completed, but no agreement has reached.

¶5In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
