¶2Heard Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the State.

¶3This is third bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for non prosecution by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 47536 of 2021 (Shailu Gupta vs. State of U.P.). The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12027 of 2022 (Shailu Gupta vs. State of U.P.).

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous.
