¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent is present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 1.6.2023, registered at Crime No.56 of 2023, under Sections 376, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. Patwai, District Rampur, and further not to arrest the petitioners in the impugned FIR.

¶4In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
