¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 20.07.2022, registered in Case Crime No.168 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, P.S. Kyoladiya, District Bareilly and not arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR.

¶4Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
