Stay Application No.1 of 2023 Learned Counsel for the Nagar Nigam states that in compliance with the interim mandamus dated 14.07.2023 the petitioner's Assured Career Progression arrears have been paid on 01.08.2023, Leave Encashment on 01.08.2023, arrears of pension on 05.08.2023 and Gratuity on 05.08.2023. Strangely, no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar. Let an affidavit affirming the aforesaid facts be filed within ten days. List this case for further orders on 12.09.2023.
