¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 0118 of 2023, under Sections 376 IPC, Police Station Belipar, District Gorakhpur.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
