¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 5.8.2022, registered at Case Crime No.0362 of 2022, under Sections 306, 498A, 323, 342 IPC & 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor.

¶4The present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
