¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 200 of 2023, under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Maharajganj, District Azamgarh.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
