¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application despite the fact that there are five learned counsels appearing in the matter. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

¶2This is third bail application. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 02.12.2020 and 13.12.2021 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application Nos. 42904 of 2020 (Dinesh Vs. State of U.P.) and 34821 of 2021 (Dinesh Vs. State of U.P.) respectively.

¶3It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter to press this bail application.
