¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 257 of 2023, under Sections 420, 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
