22.09.2023, the trial court has transmitted the photo copy of the compromise between the parties and photo copy of the verification order passed thereon. As per report of Zila Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Firozabad appended with the order sheet, no compensation has been paid to the first informant by the State Government in the aforesaid matter. As compromise between the parties has been verified by the trial court and report has been transmitted to this Court. 29.07.2021 is hereby allowed. Summoning order dated 29.07.2021 is set aside on the basis of compromise. Entire proceeding of Case Crime No. 90 of 2021, under Sections 323, 324, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (R)(S) of SC/ST Act are hereby quashed against the appellants in the light of compromise.
