¶2Sri S.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State are present.
¶3Non-bailable warrant was issued against the revisionist vide order dated 03.10.2023. As per the office report dated
06.11.2023 a report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj dated 19.10.2023 has been received stating therein that the revisionist has died on 05.08.2017.
¶4This Court has perused the said report.
¶5Learned counsel for the revisionist also submits that the revisionist has died.
¶6In view of the same, the revision stands abated.
