¶3The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 25.02.2022, registered as Case Crime No. 50 of 2022, under Sections 363. 366 IPC, P.S. Achhalda, District Auraiya, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
