¶1Heard Mr.Shesh Mani Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr.Akhilesh Chandra Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "i). Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 9.5.2018 passed in original application registered as O.A. No.948/2012 (Rohitash and others Vs. UOI and others) passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal Allahabad Bench Allahabad annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.

ii). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

(iii) Award the cost of petition in favour of the petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
