¶1None appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition, even in the revised call.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent is present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 30.6.2023, registered at Crime No.0303 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 376, 377, 313, 494 IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Sarnath, District Varanasi, and further not to arrest the petitioners in the impugned FIR.

¶4In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
