¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the History Sheet No.48-A of petitioner no.1, History Sheet No.40-A of the petitioner no.2, History Sheet No.39-A of the petitioner no.3 and History Sheet No.38-A of the petitioner no.4, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
