Singh, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Pranjal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of subsequent order passed by the Authority, which has been challenged in Writ C No. 28058 of 2023, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

¶2Shri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-National Medical Commission has no objection to the prayer.
