¶3The status of trial was called for vide order dated 28.10.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. As per the office report dated 28.11.2023, report of the trial court has been received stating therein that trial has concluded on 23.12.2019.

¶4Perused the report of the trial court.

¶5In view of the same, the bail application is rendered infructuous.
