¶2No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Sai Girdhar, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶3This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant along with the connected two bail applications therein was rejected by this Court vide order dated

08.01.20221 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 54654 of 2019 (Pankaj Verma vs. State of U.P. and another).

¶4Vide order dated 24.11.2021, notice was issued to the first informant / opposite party no.2. As per the office report dated

29.01.2022, a report regarding service of notice has been received. The report dated 13.01.2022 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh is on record which states that notice has been served on the first informant / opposite party no.2.

¶5Despite service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the first informant / opposite party no.2.
