Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that all dues on account of post-retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner, except revised emoluments of post-retiral benefits in terms of the Sixth Pay Commission. Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the issue of Sixth Pay Commission is sub judice before the Supreme Court. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed on this petition. This petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to institute a fresh petition, if and when the issue relating to arrears under the Sixth Pay Commission is decided.
