¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in revised call, however, learned AGA for the State is present.

¶2On 22.11.2023, the Jailor concerned was directed to submit a report, whether applicant wants to engage another counsel of his own choice or not.

¶3As per the office report dated 07.12.2023, trial of the case has already been concluded on 06.04.2022 and, therefore, it appears that the instant bail application has become infructuous.
