¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1, Mr. Sunil Kumar Misra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 and 3 as well as Mr. Ankur Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4.

¶2Petitioner through this writ petition has prayed for a direction from this Court thereby commanding the Respondent No.3 to pay the post retiral dues i.e. Provident Fund, Group Insurance and Gratuity admissible to her husband.

¶3Mr. Sunil Kumar Misra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 and 3 has submitted that amount due towards Group Insurance Scheme and Gratuity has already been paid to the petitioner.

¶4Mr. Ankur Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4 has submitted that amount due to the petitioner towards Provident Fund amounting Rs. 10,22,433/- has been credited in the saving bank account of the petitioner.

¶5Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the aforesaid amounts have been paid to the petitioner therefore, this writ petition may be consigned to record.

¶6In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.
