¶1Case called out. None appears on behalf of the applicant to press the instant application. However, learned AGA for State is present.

¶2From the perusal of records, it is apparent that in this case, notices have been issued to the Opposite Parties and further proceedings of Case No. 2652 of 2001, arising out of Case Crime No. 2008 of 1994, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B, Police Station Kotwali, District Bareilly, were stayed against the applicant herein.

¶3This case was lastly listed on 09.05.2023, when also none was present on behalf of applicant, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 02.08.2023.
