¶2Present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 27.07.2022 registered in Case Crime No.04 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 166, 193 I.P.C. and Section 7, 13(1)(a), 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Agra Sector Vigilance, District Agra and not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
