Dinesh Kumar Pandey and others), under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., P.S. Pahadi, District Chitrakoot. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist states that there is an alternative efficacious remedy of lodging complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C. In view of above, the instant revision is disposed of with a direction that in case the revisionist moves an application u/s 190 Cr.P.C., the same may be considered in accordance with law.
