¶1Case called out. None appears on behalf of applicants to press the instant application. Sri Sunil Kumar Patel, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 is present and Sri Sandeep Chaudhari, learned AGA is present on behalf of State.

¶2The instant application, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings of Case No.239 of 2013, State v. Lalji and Others, arising out of Case Crime No. 6A of 2013, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, PS-Pawanra, District Jaunpur, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Jaunpur.

¶3Vide order dated 31.03.2015, this court has issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 and stayed the further proceedings in the aforesaid case. Vide order dated 7.11.2023, the interim order granted earlier was vacated in this matter and this matter was directed to be listed peremptorily for today.
