¶1None appears on behalf of petitioners to press the writ petition even in the revised call. Ms. Akriti Chaturvedi, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Shreya Gupta, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 28.07.2022 registered in Case Crime No.0187 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., P.S. Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
