¶3This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 28.07.2022, registered in Case Crime No.111 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 307, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, and not arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.
