¶1After some arguments, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition.

¶2The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.

¶3Office is directed to return certified copy of the order after obtaining photo-copy of the same for keeping on record.

¶4It is made clear that in case any fresh petition is filed counsel for the petitioner will serve copy of the same upon Shri Himanshu Pandey, Advocate, (A.R.
