Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn. It is stated that new enactment came into force, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition to avail the remedy under new Act namely The Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021. The grounds shown in the affidavit filed in support of withdrawal application, is sufficient. The withdrawal application is allowed.
