This communication reveals that the recovery against the petitioner has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been called before the respondent Electricity Department to place his side of the case. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. The petitioner may appear before the Electricity Department and place his side of the case. Since the communication is dated 11.8.2023 and 15 days time has lapsed, we provide that the petitioner be granted 15 days more time for submitting his reply from today.
