Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad, pending before the Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad to any other competent court of District Judgeship Muzaffar Nagar. On 24.8.2023 and 25.9.2023, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, however, on 10.10.2023, learned counsel for the applicant was present.
