¶1Case called out. None appears on behalf of applicant to press the instant application. Sri Sandeep Chaudhari, learned AGA is present on behalf of State.

¶2The instant application, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking withdrawal of non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant, vide order dated 2.5.2014, passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Ghaziabad. The case arisen out of Case Crime No. 257 of 2014, under Sections 386 and 506 IPC, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad.

¶3From the records, it is apparent that no interim order was passed in favour of applicants and since more than 9 years have passed, therefore, it appears that instant application has become infructuous and none is present to press the instant application, therefore, the instant application is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as being infructuous.
