¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter. Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State is present.

¶2The records show that previously on the last occasion a months' time was prayed by learned counsel for the applicant to file supplementary affidavit which was allowed. The records show that no such supplementary affidavit is on record. Today despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application.

¶3The incident is of the year 2022. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter.
