¶3This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21180 of 2019 (Lankush vs. State of U.P.).

¶4A report of the trial court has been received in compliance of the order dated 11.07.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The same has been perused.
