¶1This petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the authority stating that petitioner has since not undertaken any development over the plot and by the plot as such its allotment itself be cancelled.

¶2The petition is connected along with Writ-C No.34160 of 2021, previously filed by the petitioner, which has since been disposed of by a separate order passed today in such petition.

¶3We have already issued a direction for the authority to consider the petitioner's claim for refund of amount deposited by it, in accordance with law.

¶4In that view of the matter, the notice under challenge in the present petition has lost its efficacy and shall abide by the decision to be taken by the authority in terms of the direction issued in the connected matter. Order Date :- 13.10.2023 LN Tripathi High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
