¶1Heard Shri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2It is contended that a typographical error in the name of respondent no.2 and some other type of error has occurred in the prayer clause.

¶3The amendment application is allowed.

¶4The necessary amendment be incorporated during the course of the day. Ref: Order on Writ Petition

¶1By means of the present writ petition, a direction has been sought for passing an order on the impleadment application dated

29.03.2023 which is pending before the Commissioner Gorakhpur, Mandal Gorakhpur in Appeal No. 85 of 2023.

¶2In case, the appeal has not been decided and the impleadment application is still lying undisposed of, the Commissioner Gorakhpur, Mandal Gorakhpur is directed to first decide the impleadment application after providing opportunity to the appellants of the appeal on or before 15.12.2023.
