¶1On 31.10.2023, this Court passed the following order: "1. None is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application.

¶2Vide order dated 16.08.2017, the application on behalf of applicant no.1 has already been rejected by this Court. The instant application is pending only on behalf of applicant nos.2 and 3. Against the order of dismissal of the application on behalf of applicant no.1, the applicant no.1 had filed Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.8058 of 2017, which has been dismissed by the Apex Court vide order dated 30th October, 2017.

¶3Despite notice to the opposite party no.2, none has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2. On the request of learned counsel for the applicants, the matter was adjourned on 03.11.2022. Today, also none is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application.

¶4In view thereof, put up this matter peremptorily on 22.11.2023.

¶5It is made clear that if on the next date of listing none is present on behalf of the applicants, the instant application shall be dismissed for want of prosecution on behalf of applicant nos.2 and 3."

¶2Despite the matter being fixed peremptorily for today, i.e.,
