¶4The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Bhairo Prasad @ Bhairo Prasad Singh with the prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 04.06.2014 whereby the prayer to stay proceedings and also not to frame charges has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Fatehpur and with the further prayer to stay the proceeding of Session Trial No. 118 of 2014, (State vs. Bhairo Prasad and others), arising out of Case Crime No. Nil of 1992, U/s 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 332, 353, 224 I.P.C., P.S. Khakhareru, District Fatehpur, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Fatehpur.

¶5Records show that there are 02 learned counsels appearing in the matter for the applicant. Despite the same, there is no one present to press this application even when the matter is called in the revised list.

¶6Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application is dismissed in non prosecution.

¶7Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
