¶3The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report 30.08.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 344 of 2022, under Section 306 IPC, P.S. Govind Nagar, District Mathura, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
