¶2Present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 02.09.2022 registered in Case Crime No.0014 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406, 313 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Deoria and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
