¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

19.10.2023.

¶3Counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.

¶4Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the informant.

¶5In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 19.10.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶6The bail application is allowed.
