¶1Matter has been received in top ten cases. List revised. None appears on behalf of the respondents. Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the petitioners is present.

¶2By a separate order passed in Writ - A No. 18834 of 2011 (Union Of India Thru Sec Ministry Of Defence & Ors. Vs. Phool Chand Pal & Anr.), that writ petition filed against the order of the Tribunal dated 10.12.2010 has been allowed. The order of the Tribunal has been set aside.

¶3In view of the same, the present writ petition deserves to be allowed as the order under challenge in this writ petition is order dated 30.07.2015 passed by the Tribunal in Civil Contempt Application No. 101 of 2011 in Original Application No. 1468 of 2007 arising from alleged non-compliance of the order of the Tribunal dated 10.12.2010 (set aside in Writ - A No. 18834 of 2011).
