¶3The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

¶4Learned A.G.A has filed counter affidavit but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application on behalf of informant.

¶5In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 14.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶6The bail application is allowed.
