¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2The applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on

14.09.2023.

¶3As per office report dated 18.10.2023, notice has been served personally on opposite party no. 2 but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application.

¶4Learned A.G.A has not filed any counter affidavit despite time granted.

¶5In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicant by this court on 14.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶6The bail application is allowed.
