¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 05.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0585 of 2023, under Sections 328, 376, 354(C), 506, 392, 366 IPC, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad.

¶4In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
