15.09.2022 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Court, No.8, Allahabad. By the aforesaid order, application No 180-C filed by the petitioner was rejected. No body is present on behalf of the petitioner, though Shiv Om Vikram Singh Chauhan, learned Counsel for the respondent is present. Shiv Om Vikram Singh Chauhan, learned Counsel for the respondent has placed copy of the order dated 09.08.2023 passed in the matter under Article 227 No. 6013 of 2023 in which protection has been given on the aforesaid writ petition filed by the petitioner herself that she will vacate the premises in question within a year. Copy of the judgment dated 09.08.2023 is taken on record. So far as present petition is concerned, no body is present on behalf of the petitioner, Since no body is present on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in default.
