¶1Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 24.8.2023 passed by A.C.J.M./Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Maharajganj in Case No. 504 of 2019 (State vs. Kunwar Singh), arising out of Case Crime No. 4 of 2018, u/s 376, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Mahila Thana, District Maharajganj.

¶2The impugned proceeding involved in the present application has been quashed in Application u/s 482 No. 12701 of 2020 (Kunwar Singh vs. State of U.P. and another), therefore the present application has become infructuous.
