¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 02.10.2022 in Case Crime No. 325 of 2022, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Turkapatti, District Kushi Nagar.

¶4In such circumstances, present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
