From the record it appears that final assessment order was passed and, thereafter, the demand notice was issued on 17.05.2023. No interference is warranted in the instant writ petition. The petitioner if is aggrieved by the final assessment order may file the statutory Appeal as is provided under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Under such circumstances, if the petitioner files an Appeal within the next 15 days from today then the same shall be disposed of without going into the question of limitation within a period of two months, thereafter.
